The menus, mission cards and promotion rules at Playdash use a vocabulary of their own. Some words are ordinary betting language, like parlay or scatter. Others belong to this lobby only, like PD Coins, One Day One Loot or Weekly Wheel Drops.
This page takes each word you are likely to meet and gives it the platform’s published rule, not a generic definition. Playdashh is a reader’s guide, so everything below is grouped by where the term appears: the cashier, the Betslip, a slot, a promotion card, or the responsible gaming page.
Money words you meet in the cashier
Most of the money vocabulary turns up at one moment: the first time you ask for a withdrawal. If you have not opened an account yet, the first-deposit route walks through the same steps in order. The terms here are the conditions attached to that request.
Turnover and wagering
Turnover is the total value of the bets or spins you have placed, not the money left in your balance. Playdash requires each deposit to be wagered at least 100% before a withdrawal can be made, so a deposit of RM200 needs RM200 of play behind it. Bonus money carries its own conditions: the cash reward from One Day One Loot has a 1x turnover requirement, while tournament cash rewards are wager-free. Bonus rewards from tournaments, however, may still carry wagering.
KYC and verification
KYC stands for know your customer, and it is the document check that confirms you are the account holder. Playdash asks for proof of being 18 or over, in the form of a colour photo of a passport or national ID. If a card photo is requested, the middle eight digits and the CVV should be covered before you send it. You have 30 days to answer a document request, and video verification can also be used.
Inactive account
An account counts as inactive after 12 months with no deposit, no bet and no withdrawal. From that point a fee of EUR 6 a month, or the equivalent in ringgit, is taken from a positive balance. A zero balance is not charged.
Daily withdrawal limit
Withdrawals are capped per day at 5 requests or MYR 50,000 in total, whichever comes first. The counter resets at 08:00 Malaysia time. A larger sum is not refused; it is paid out in daily instalments of up to RM50,000 until the amount is cleared.

Sports words in the Betslip
The sports side has the densest vocabulary, because a single coupon can hold several bet types, a boost and a correction tool at once.
Betslip
The Betslip is the coupon column on the right of the sports pages, where every selection you tap is collected before you confirm it. It is also where the bet type is chosen and where Cash Out appears later. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Single, Parlay and System
Three bet types are offered, and the difference is how your selections depend on each other:
- Single: one selection, settled on its own.
- Parlay: several selections combined, all of which must win.
- System: several selections grouped into smaller combinations, so a partial return is possible.
The minimum stake is the equivalent of RM5, and a maximum stake can also be set per event.
Top Parlays and Parlay Boost Bonus
Top Parlays is a menu item in the Sports section, separate from the three bet types. Parlay Boost Bonus is a sports promotion card offering up to 50% extra on qualifying parlays. The boost percentage depends on the promotion’s own conditions in the promo lobby.
Cash Out
Cash Out closes a bet before the event finishes and returns the amount the lobby offers at that moment, which may be above or below your stake.
Cash Out
It is offered pre-match and live, but only on a whole parlay rather than a single leg, and it is never guaranteed. A confirmed bet cannot otherwise be changed or cancelled, except through the Parlay Correction Tool.
Parlay Correction Tool
This is the one exception to the rule that a confirmed bet stands. The tool sits in the coupon and lets a parlay be corrected rather than rebuilt from scratch. Because it works inside the coupon, it is a Betslip feature and not a general cancellation right.
Settled at odds 1
Odds of 1 mean the stake comes back with no profit attached. Playdash applies it when an event is postponed by more than 36 hours, and when a live result cannot be determined. Live bets settle on the operator’s own data about the course of the game, and score updates shown during a live event are for information only. An incorrectly displayed result is not itself grounds to cancel a bet.
Maximum payout
The ceiling is RM500,000 per bet. That figure applies to the payout, so a very large parlay can reach it before the full theoretical return is paid.

Slot and instant-game words
Slot vocabulary mostly comes from the games themselves, but two promotions give some of these words a specific value in this lobby.
Scatter
A scatter is a symbol that pays by landing anywhere on the reels, instead of in a line. Scatters Challenge turns scatter counts into fixed cash rewards on selected Pragmatic Play slots, running on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The reward depends on how many scatters land in one round and on your bet size.

Multiplier
A multiplier is the size of a win expressed against the stake. Slots Challenge uses multipliers as targets: the first player to hit the listed figure at the listed bet takes a fixed prize. On Starlight Princess, for example, a 1,000x hit at a MYR 3 bet earns the MYR 1,000 prize. Only real-money bets count, and a win has to be verified through Live Chat within 24 hours.
Buy Bonus
Buy Bonus is the in-game option to pay a larger amount for immediate entry to a bonus round, skipping the wait for scatters. It is a normal slot feature, but Slots Challenge excludes Buy Bonus rounds from its prizes. A target multiplier hit in a bought round therefore does not qualify.
Slots Tips
Slots Tips is a card on the lobby home page with a daily free pick of slots selected by their RTP for that day. RTP is the theoretical return a slot pays out over a long run of spins. Treat the card as a shortlist rather than a prediction, because a daily figure says nothing about a single session.
Free spins
Free spins are rounds played at a set stake without spending your balance. They appear in Daily Rewards, as a mission reward and among tournament prizes. The Verification Quest card, for instance, lists 10 free spins, and the Earn Free Spins Daily card lists up to 188.
Reward words in the promo lobby
The Daily Rewards and Promotions menus run on a small set of recurring terms, which makes the cards easier to read once you know them.
PD Coins
PD Coins are the lobby’s own reward units. The One Day One Loot mission card lists up to 28 PD Coins among its rewards. Coins also appear in tournament prize lists, alongside cash, free spins and free bets.
Lootbox and Daily Quest
One Day One Loot works on a simple loop: deposit on a given day, the Daily Quest completes automatically, and a Lootbox opens to reveal a random cash reward. The box can be opened once per 24 hours, and the reward has to be claimed manually rather than landing by itself. The cash it gives carries 1x turnover.
Tournament points
Points decide a tournament leaderboard, and each event states what generates them: turnover, wins or spins. Entry is either by opt-in or automatic, depending on the tournament. Rewards are credited instantly or within up to 7 days, and abuse of the rules leads to disqualification. The Chicken & Pengu Clash event, for example, runs on Chicken Road 2.0 and Pengu Sport with a MYR 9,888 pool and 20 free games per MYR 5,000 wagered.
Drops & Wins and Weekly Wheel Drops
Drops & Wins is Pragmatic Play’s network promotion, with a daily leaderboard ranked by win multiplier rather than by total stake. Weekly Wheel Drops runs alongside it: collect three drops and you earn a spin of the prize wheel.
Cashback
Cashback returns a share of losses as a credit. A 10% cashback card sits in the promo lobby, and extended cashback is listed as part of the VIP Program. VIP tiers and rates are only visible after you log in, so the lobby publishes no figures for them in advance.
Play-safely words
Cooling-off is a 7-day account pause, arranged through Customer Support. Self-exclusion is the longer option: it locks the account for at least six months and stops promotional material being sent.

What does turnover mean for a deposit?
